Pros: Fun, healthy, durable, creatitive, never bored, personal trainer, learn yoga.
  
Cons: Nothing at all.
The Bottom Line: Great game! Bring friends and family together to stay fit and healthy and having fun at the same time.

Pros: The health benefits alone make it worthwhile.
Cons: It should include warm-up exercises.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this game for anyone looking to improve their health and well-being.
