Pros: Stable; easy to use; beautiful output on a computer screen

Cons: Extremely proprietary; grossly excessive time to convert from proprietary format to DVD.

The Bottom Line: I would not buy this camcorder unless you're willing to waste hours while your computer reformats your movies to a DVD
